一 | 　　8月26日金融一线消息，新华保险今日发布第九届董事会第十一次会议决议公告，会议审议通过了《关于调整董事会专业委员会组成人员的议案》，同意选举黄耿担任第九届董事会战略与 ESG 委员会、投资与资产负债管理委员会委员。　　调整后的第九届董事会专业委员会组成人员为：　　战略与 ESG 委员会（6 人）：杨玉成（主任委员）、龚兴峰、杨雪、黄耿、胡爱民、卓志；　　投资与资产负债管理委员会（6 人）：毛思雪（主任委员）、杨玉成、龚兴峰、黄耿、胡爱民、张秀芬；　　审计与关联交易控制委员会（5 人）：郭永清（主任委员）、毛思雪、张晓东、徐徐、卓志；　　提名薪酬委员会（6 人）：徐徐（主任委员）、杨雪、张晓东、郭永清、卓志、张秀芬；　　风险管理与消费者权益保护委员会（5 人）：杨雪（主任委员）、张晓东、徐徐、郭永清、张秀芬。　　其中，黄耿、张秀芬在董事会专业委员会的任职以其分别获得监管机构的董事、独立董事任职资格核准为前提。在张秀芬独立董事任职资格核准前，独立董事马耀添将按照法律法规要求继续履职。 Fourteen years ago, on 2 December 2011, The Dirty Picture arrived in theatres with an energy that felt bold and unexpected for its time.
